Officina Arte Ducati Award
Since 2024, Ducati has been a partner of Arte Fiera, the exhibition that in the last 50 years has become one of the most important events on the national and international art scene, while remaining firmly linked to Bologna and the local territory – the same territory in which Ducati has its roots. Specifically, Ducati is linked to Arte Fiera by its support of Percorso, an itinerary that thematically links a selection of works in the Main Section and in the curated sections, and whose name expresses the concept of mobility and dynamism.
To strengthen its link to Percorso, in 2024 Ducati created (and confirms for the 2025 edition) the Officina Arte Ducati Award, which acquires the work presented in Percorso which, according to a jury, best expresses Ducati’s brand values: beyond the design component, dynamism and innovation, however expressed.
The winning work is added to the corporate collection in Borgo Panigale, supported by the Ducati Foundation, which, including through its involvement with Arte Fiera, confirms its commitment to cultural, educational, and social initiatives.
The theme of Percorso 2025, which the works express in different artistic languages and in a wide variety of methods, is “Community: not “I” but “we”: an invitation to overcome the limits of one’s individuality in order to embrace a larger whole and feel part of it: a concept cherished by Ducati as a company and by the large community of fans who support the brand.
High-performance, distinctive design, innovative technologies, and great passion: this is the credo by which Ducati, founded in 1926, still works today as it develops and manufactures its world-famous motorcycles. At its factory in Borgo Panigale (Bologna), Ducati creates motorcycles that are the purest expression of refined engineering, with constant attention to the highest quality standards.
The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has racing in its blood, and its official teams compete in MotoGP, WorldSBK and WorldSSP championships, facing every race with determination. Its goal is to constantly improve performance and share the sport’s emotions with its community. 2024 was a fantastic year for Ducati: it won the WorldSSP championship for the third consecutive year, as well as an unprecedented 19 Grand Prix out of 20 plus the Constructors and Team title.

Motivation: The 2025 Officina Arte Ducati Award goes to Marinella Senatore for her collage There is so much we can learn from the sun. Beyond its formal quality and the artist’s important research, this work was chosen for its perfect alignment with the theme of Percorso, which this year is “Community, not I but we,” a theme that coincides with one of the basic principles guiding our daily work and our brand.
The jury also found in this work the elements that guide us every year in assigning the award, among which are design and innovation. The work will become part of the corporate collection located in Borgo Panigale and supported by the Ducati Foundation, which, as a result of its partnership with Arte Fiera, enhances its role as an organization committed to cultural, educational, and social projects.
